Functional training focuses on the biomechanics of the natural movements of the human body. The primary goal is to improve the interplay of myofascial chains, which in turn enables a clear improvement in mobility, speed, coordination, strength and endurance. This form of training involves full-body exercises that are based on the seven fascia lines of our body.

Kettlebell training is a form of resistance training in which kettlebells provide the resistance. Unlike other exercise machines, kettlebells are free weights, which means they don’t just target isolated muscles, but rather they activate muscle groups throughout the body – every exercise also trains coordination as well. As they are highly suitable for functional training, kettlebells form part of all broad-ranging athletics training approaches today.

Classic weightlifting is a technically challenging discipline that requires speed, strength, coordination and mobility. It is therefore not only an integral part of every training programme, but is also an Olympic discipline in its own right. The techniques are practised exclusively with barbells. The efficiency of this training in terms of strength development is unbeatable.

With a focus on your core, exercises are carried out with a view to strengthening abdominal and back muscles.

Here, we work on your balance. After all, regular balance training strengthens the deep muscles of the core and extremities, improves motor skills and coordination, and even helps boost concentration. This can help reduce falls and prevent injuries. During balance training, we mainly use your own body as well as your eyes and ears.

Feeling some aches and pains? This is often a sign of unstable joints or of insufficient mobility. Suitable exercises help to stabilise and mobilise the joints and to eliminate imbalances.

All sensory input is processed and interpreted by the brain. Motor output varies depending on interpretation. Various exercises are used to train input processing and influence motor output. An immediate improvement in strength, stability and balance can be observed during the training session.

Aqua training is gentle strength and endurance training in water. The natural resistance of the water allows for full-body training that is easy on your joints.

With Aqua Pilates, posture is stabilised by activating the core (the abdominal, pelvic floor and lower back muscles). The focus is on increasing muscle endurance and muscle build-up through powerful movements in the water combined with the holistic training approach developed by J. H. Pilates.

During physio training, our physiotherapists give you tips and tricks for how to design and carry out your training and exercise routines. We show you how to do the most important exercises correctly and efficiently by yourself so that you get the most out of the experience and benefit from sustainable training. Physio training is often used for individuals with slow-onset injuries, symptoms of overuse or secondary injuries.

Professional mental training not only helps you to present yourself as mentally strong in areas that demand excellence (top management, politics, competitive sports). Rather, it is a way to develop mental strength to face your day-to-day challenges. You will learn about techniques that you can use to achieve optimum performance under pressure and to react professionally in challenging situations, to better manage stressful situations, to control your thoughts in order to boost performance, and even to improve your health.

60 minutes, CHF 290.–

We tailor your training plan to your needs based on your goals, physical requirements and a movement analysis. We use a variety of training methods and combine them so that you can achieve your individual goal. The training units can take place both indoors and outdoors as needed, depending on the weather.
