In addition to a varied training schedule, an exciting class schedule is also available in the training room as well as in the thermal water. To make sure you don't lose sight of your goal, our trainers regularly determine your success by measuring the percentage ratio of water, fat and muscle mass in your body. This way, your training can be continuously adjusted and optimized.
Should you wish to adjust your diet to your training plan, we can help you with that as well.
