As a BENEFIT member we offer you a regularly changing class schedule in the training room as well as in the thermal water.
Our classes are held by qualified physiotherapists and trainers. The BENEFIT fitness and strength training centre is Qualitop-certified and is therefore recognised by many health insurance companies. Contact your health insurance company about possible reimbursement.
The current schedule is valid from 1 April to 30 June. As the number of participants is limited for all classes, please register for the class you would like to attend. In addition, the classes can only be held with a minimum of three participants. We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule. Classes are not held on official Swiss holidays.

Yoga
Yoga is a teaching/practice that harmonises and aligns the body, mind and soul through breathing exercises, postures and relaxation techniques. It promotes health, reduces stress and improves concentration.

Strength training to reinforce and tone the whole body using dumbbells and barbells.
Fascia training with Blackroll
Effective training to release adhesions and tensions. The focus is on stimulating blood circulation as well as increasing flexibility.
Functional training
Effective full body workout to build muscle strength and improve coordination, endurance and flexibility.
Meditation
Mindfulness training with breathing techniques from yoga (pranayama) and a gentle transition to classical breath mindfulness meditation (Anna Panna).
