Orthopaedics and sports traumatology

Orthopaedics treats painful wear and tear of the locomotor system, especially of the joints. In addition to non-surgical measures (injections, medication, physiotherapy), the main focus is on the insertion of artificial joints. Malpositions are also corrected. The aim is to reduce pain and improve quality of life. In the specialist area of sports traumatology, fresh injuries to joints, bones and muscles are treated. The aim is to regain function and prevent long-term damages.

Ankle joint and foot

  • Treatment of ankle ligament injury
