Our classes are held by qualified physiotherapists and trainers. The BENEFIT fitness and strength training center is Qualitop-certified and therefore recognised by many health insurers. Contact your health insurance about possible reimbursement.
As the number of participants is limited for all classes, please regis-ter for the class you would like to attend. We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule. Classes are not held on official Swiss holidays.

The fitness center BENEFIT is open again for all guests at the regular opening hours from Monday, April 19. For this, please refer to the relevant notices and the general recommendations and requirements of the FOPH. Indoor group classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Exercising on the equipment does not fall under this rule, but the maximum number of visitors is also reduced. Furthermore, masks must be worn throughout the fitness center and a minimum distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained.
