AQUA CYCLING
Strength and endurance training that is easy on the joints in thermal water that is warm to the body.
AQUA GYM
Gentle joint mobilisation in health-promoting Ragazer thermal wa-ter. Helps to stretch and strengthen muscles.
AQUA-INTERVAL
A demanding whole-body workout combining intensive cardio and strength units – with or without additional equipment. Aqua-Interval trains strength, endurance and speed as well as body stability in a versatile and efficient.
AQUA PILATES
Gentle full-body training in body-temperature Ragazer thermal wa-ter. The focus is on increasing strength and muscle endurance.
AQUA POWER
Joint-friendly full-body training in Ragazer thermal water. The focus is on improving strength, mobility and endurance.
AQUA YOGA
Combines stretching and yoga with breathing exercises. Harmonis-es muscle tone through the effect of Ragazer thermal water.
BACK AND CORE FIT
Strength training for targeted strengthening of the glutes, core and back muscles. For more upper body stability and an improved posture.
DIVERSE BODY WORKOUTS
Various whole body workouts to build strength, endurance and improve coordination. A mix of different techniques and tools.
FASCIA AND MOBILITY
Effective training for stretching all muscles and improving flexibility.
DUMB-BELL/BARBELL WORKOUT
Strength training to strengthen and tone the whole body using dumb-bells and barbells.
MEDITATION
Mindfulness training with breathing techniques from yoga (pra-nayama) and a gentle transition to classic breathing mindfulness meditation (Anapana).
NIA
Gentle, joint-friendly training method. Combines dance, martial arts, yoga, Tai chi and conscious body work.
PILATES
Gentle training method for improving posture and coordination. Ideal for stress reduction.
STEP
All-in-one training with a step, weights and the body’s own weight.
Endurance, strength and stretching – sweat guaranteed.
Woga®
Up and underwater exercises, combines stretching, Pilates and yoga with breathing exercises. Harmonises muscle tone under the influence of the Ragaz thermal water.
YOGA
Yoga harmonises body and mind through movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
Our classes are held by qualified physiotherapists and trainers. The BENEFIT fitness and strength training center is Qualitop-certified and therefore recognised by many health insurers. Contact your health insurance about possible reimbursement.
As the number of participants is limited for all classes, please register for the class you would like to attend. Minimum number of participants: the courses can only be guaranteed if there are at least three participants.
We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule. Classes are not held on official Swiss holidays.
